neneno1 Posted April 19, 2017 Report Posted April 19, 2017 Hello, My I-94 is expired in Nov 2016 but my H1B is valid until Nov 2018. I didnt notice my I-94 is expired and I didnt leave the country after it expired. Am I living in US legally currently as my I-94 is already expired? As my I-94 is already expired but my H1B is valid until Nov 2018, can I change my employer right now? Thanks Quote
