depends on company...suppose thatha 6yrs tarvatha povalante no matter what you are....u will be replaced..

else neeku oka 120K min salary pettalani anadanuko...if your company is willing to offer then u are fine too..if not travel back

Experience vacchindhi kadha..start applying to the jobs in EU vayyas.  4 to 5 years lo PR vasthadhi.

 rules implement chesthe gani avi anni chesukovadani levada? em matladuharo kondaru..im happy to go back anukunnodu ikkada em peekaniki unnadu ani na question.

Almost anni countries easy process ne. Perm job unte, employer tho pani lekunda 4 to 5 years lo nuvve PR ki apply chesukovocchu. Getting work permit is a challenge. but experience unte, peddha kastam kaadhu. Probably takes 3 to 7 months to get a PERM job with work permit. UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Finland. Every country lo famous job site untadhi (like jobserve in the UK). Vaatilo apply cheyyadame, work permit sponsor chese positions choosukoni.
