Cousin's son is 3.5 year old and having speech delay issues.Just started speaking 3 word sentences .Doctors said he is mildly autistic as he speech is not up to age level and also lacking social/play skills.But academically he is good. They have been sending him to ABA/speech therapies for last 4 months but not much progress.India pampiste for 6months- 1year emaina improvement untunda or its better to continue therapies here.Please advice

It is sad for parents who are facing this. Especially if they are completely autistic. They not only have to worry about their health, but also for the future of their kid. They basically will need savings that are worth two life times to take care of the kid as he will never be able to earn money or maintain himself on his own.

it all depends on the kid... 

but down the line ikkada kids mast matlaaduthaaru once they start talking... india lo kids cant compete.. more over manam telugu only intlo matlaadutham ...school all english it takes time for kids to pick it up...once picked..naa boo naaa bhav....

Anta scene ledu majority of the high functioning kids are fine. They talk a little late but they are usually very intelligent. It is the severely effected kids that will have a problem with independent living, but they are very few like 1 in 100.

Foreign kids growth Curve slow untadi kani between 8 to 10 years they catch up.. oka 10 years time ki abcd and indian kids iddaru will be on the same level.
