mohanlal could be some interesting character - not even mammotty has that. Suresh gopi might be some dashing character like oo 10 to 15 min character dadha dadhalandichi povachu..

this is the problem with known stories.. just imagine characters, When you think about Krishna - char should have all the emotions including touch of comedy.  Karna - need to carry the some emotion in battle scenes.  Bhisma , most important characters Suyodhana and Shakuni - with out these two giving top performances Bharatham will be weak..  paina manaki emundi - Ajay Devgan and Ashutosh Rana anta..
