Last year SF city lo unna Tenderknob lo 6 months chooddam asala what's the hype behind Bay Area ani. Used to pay 2k for a studio condo, plus parking ki $400 adigaru bokka le ani car Fremont lo maa cousin intlo pettesa free parking there. City lo cycle esukuni tirigetodini, oche paisal lo rents + taxes + food expenses(weekend bar ki velthey minimum $200 ayyedi food + drinks) anni poyaka hardly could save 1k. 

Waste anipinchindi 6 months later, moved out of there. Don't regret it. I know some people get billings around $150/hr it's a good place for them I guess. Even then the rush hour journey through BART sucks, people are packed as tight as sardines at rush hour.

Yahoo lo ochindi I remember this one well, the comments under the article were laughworthy. I think it referred to Sunnyvale not San Jose. San Jose south Gilroy still affordable I guess, atleast compared to other parts in the Bay Area.
