If you haven't hit any Citicard with you already, then don't go for citi but amex

if you have citi card already and checkings, go for citi simplicity first and six months later go for citi double cash...

tried and tested, take my word.

Chase freedom 2018 ki plan chesina..BofA all cards over, presently citi cards..inkoka card migilindi..atarvata chase..2018 nundi oka 2 years chase mida bratikeyali bhai

What is your main target? Cahsback/0%/Regular usage? 

I have good knowledge on many cards. I can suggest only if you can tell me what you are looking for.
