Don't waste your money on elliptical. Buy weights , squat rack and barbell. Do weight lifting. Gender doesn't matter. Choose wisely.

Okkadike kadu baa, intlo parents unnaru. So vaalu kuda koncham use chesetatlu, dad can do it..he used to go to gym when we were at apartment

its waste of your money. Stick with Weights. You will be thankful.
