Email teesuko from manager that they will not give Client Letter ani. Send that 

also take pics. Your profile. Badge etc

I got visa extensions approved without client letter even an year before and went for stampings too without client letter and got stamped thrice . 

Current situations are different so cannot guarantee what worked then works now but try taking letter from manager that the client doesn't give client letters . Also print some email conversations assigning work in beginning of project and recently too which might serve as proof . Take a copy of badge etc . Good luck !
