H1b period calculation....pin this thread admins and mods...

 

H1b 6 years period lo..remaining years and months ni ela calculate chesukovali ?

1. India vellthe for 1 month..manaki payroll run avvadhu...so aa 1 month....manam reuse chesukovacha ?

2. Bench time...1 month unte without payroll...aa 1 month ni kuda recapture chesukovacha ?

I know many of us are close to 6 years span of h1b....

Inka emina points unte...i will update it above...

A)Perm approve ithe 1 year extension...

B)I140 approve ithe...upto 3 years extensions.....so on until...we get our gc EAD...Correct me if im wrong somewhere....

C) h1b clock reset avvali ante...out of country 1 year undali for sure...then apply h1b from outside of US ...then should file h1b again..and will get 6 years span....

only period outside  US ee count avutadi, as long as you are in US jurisdiction you have used up H1B

y man..140 approve iyyina friend ki he is on his 5th yr of h1 it got extended for another 3 yrs directly..
