H1b Amendment Question

Bros, I got remote opportunity but I have to work at client location which is not in my MSA for 1 month and then on wards I can work from home. Do we have to file an amendment in this case? I am currently working at a client site which is 5 miles from my home. If I have to take the remote opportunity, Do I have to file for an amendment just for 1 month to work at client location?

Better to mention it in LCA. but I don;t think amendment is needed if it's within MSA.

yes ,  you have to file amendment, because since nee future remote client is not in current LCA location MSA region, even nee home Current location loo vunnaa kodaa, they are not consider your time & S/W work material place is your home.

it's suggestion only, ask lawyer for better opinion.

Thanks bro. I will ask attorney but I am looking for anyone who is in this situation and what they did at that time.

na current LCA MA lo vundi and new job CA lo vachindi but I have to work in CA only for 1 month and can work from home then onwards.. ee situation lo nuvvu cheppinattu ithey avasarma ledhu kada bhayya ...

Client change ayyav kada?? naadi same situation undey ma attorney avasaram ledu LCA update cheysthey chalu both client and home locations tho annadu verey kanukuntey client change kabatti cheyali annaru so naku ext time so enduku gola ani cheypincha both ext and amendment

Better to file new amendment using new LCA mentioning about 1st month client add,your remote address and your employer address in case you want.
