will the PMI be same for 5%, 10%, and 15% down payments?

I can afford for 15% down. How do I calculate pmi exactly?

Evaru choodaru brother nee account lo dabbulunnayani...you hav to take certified cheque at time of closing.. the insurance party agent will be meeting there with rest of money to handover the rest to seller. If i am not wrong pmi is not ñecessary if u pay 20 % anukunta.

I don't care immigration issues. Life lo eppatiki illu konalem ni laaga think cheste.

I only know that 20% pay cheste 0 pmi..rest i dont know..loan process start chesaka they will grill your last 12 months statements every single large transaction..also they look for reseeve reuirements such as 12 months emis and credit score and credit accounts..for me it was 4 months torture ..finally got approved..differs from perosn to person..if its jumbo loan above 450k loan..process is more harder..

 

 

Also if u dont have 20% down they have alternative like 2nd loan or something..check with banks they know this a lot..lot of desis do this..
