Read my post carefully, you will see the correlation. Basically, I hate when someone posts silly stuff as if they are greatest achievements. People don't need to write reviews of Bhaahubali or about their honeymoon experiments or what food they are eating every weekend. I would have liked if their posts are restricted to something as useful but not as something to show-off. I don't like to see a fat guy posting his food habits, or someone who thinks Baahubali deserves Oscar, talking about movies. 

All those helped me realize what are the most important things and how much of time we are wasting. So, converted this to the time we can spend on other important things. You think committing 10 hrs for 1 post is too much?

People are free to do whatever pleases them.They have every right to post anything and you have the right to block as well. As simple as that.

Do yourself a favor and not overthink about the miserable lives those guys are living. I know it might make u feel better thinking of those guys as losers but we shouldnt be judging others.

hmm. but, I never thought that way. All I said was we are wasting too much time on stuff that is not important. That doesn't mean I think of them as losers. I think of them as people who are not worried and focused as me about future. Focus is on me not on them.

Anyways, glad that I posted this thread about FB. The original post also made me realize and calculate how much time I am wasting in DB. It came down to 500 hrs including reading and posting 3400+ threads. Total waste of time with few exceptions on my topics ethics, tech, and WSJ articles. 

In last few months, DB has become even worse. I think time has come for me to leave DB and concentrate on skills.
