GC for immediate family members of citizen is fastest?

Hi friends,I read somewhere that GC for immediate family members(spouses,parents not siblings) of citizens is fastest.Is it correct.It seems that there is no wating queue for this category and family can get GC immediately?

yes if your spouse or kid over 21 is a citizen there is no limit on visas in IR6 category, you get it immediaetly..
