my friend has h1b but don't have valid stamping, and in that lca, they didnot mention the client location, instead, it has employer address, now he wants to go to stamping in india,

can he travel with ammendment receipt ? and get h1b stamped

LCA lo company address lekunda ela work chesthunnadu?, if he started working after or the amendment was filed immediately after starting the project at the client location amendment tho stamping ki vellochu.

anni documents thisukuni vellamanu. Like Purchase order or invoices with his company and pay stubs etc. Amendments elagu 6 to 10 months paduthunnai approve avanu kabatti they will understand.
