majority of H1s imported from overseas ( No advanced Degree holders)

H1s applied from listed companies ( their very first H1 applications will be reviewed to deny/approve extensions) doesn't matter which organizations they are working with currently..

how about business impact with all your predications?

 

if anyone in senior position with 7-8 years of experience on h1b in the same team and key role in the team?
