Immigration ki credit dobbeyadaniki no relation..em kadu...unless u do too much fraud in very high amounts. court case ani egottina sommu ki inka vadu time and money lawyer ki waste cheyadu. Also debt collections statute of limitations by state a taruvata em cheyaleru. They call it debarred debt.

Credit is provided by private companies and govt has no control on it and they are bound by American law only. 

Evadu kuda emi peekaleru India ki dobbesthey. This is nothing new. It's been happening for a long time just that till now we never had the feeling that we would have to go back. Think we are accepting the reality that our days are numbered and people have been thinking about various options for monetary gain. 

There were some comments that AMEX has recovery guys in India, They will come and catch you etc etc. reality is that no one is going to come against you ever to recover the money.

Karma is a bitch. Let me put it this way. US govt has sucked life out of everyone and made life impossible for some of them. So people who decided to go back want to take whatever they can with them..

So, people who plan to go back in 1-2 years for sure, then plan well in advance and the result will be enormous sum of money.
