govt colleges lo chadivinavallalo class lo 200 students unte andulo hardly 2 or 3 USA veltunnaru ,I've seen in my bro class govt college or medical pg lo seat kottevallu merit based Ki usmle steps easy but still USA raru chalamandi ,I am not talking abt doctors who spent heavy money for Mbbs ,am talking about merit people

mq different 75 lakhs adi ,nri is 2.2 crores 

indulo general medicine and radiology is high demand , veelle repoddina cancer specialists, diabetologists, cardiologists avtaru
