amount is equal to almost 5k .

If you are with him long time genuinely edi lekka ani cheppi pay off that amount. i doubt if it would stop there anyway. 7 yrs unna employer aey ila start ayyi i came out in bitter terms and financial loss. Most employers are waste fellows.

1 year unna .I referred 10 friends. now all are workinf with him . He didnt even give me single penny on them

Try to negotiate to pay as low as you can...keep delaying for a month or so...and then again check the amlunt with him...

But quit the company on good terms.. You need the mestri letters ...for experience during gc process.  .

Employers most of them anthe. Ethics anevi vallaku undav..use and throw anthe. Move from that company if u r still his employee.

Baaaa , ipuud nen FT lo unna. na company is willing to sponsor GC , would they still ask me experience letter from previous mestri ??
