I came as student and working since 9.5 yrs and changed 3 employers. Every year extns avutunte amendments avutunte no employer will pay. Most ppl pay for extensions themselves . 3 yrs extensions akkada vastunnai vachina amendment chesukunte adi 1 yr avutondi. U just might have good employer .

Dabbulu potayi every year anduke cheyadu. I know they have to but they dont. Ma prev emkployer chesevadu extn but 1 yr approval ayite next time i have to pay.
