Then his H1 will be dismissed, he has to apply next yr

Change of status petti apply chesthaaru H1 ni...mee frnd India ki velthe, on return he will stamped as F1 kada...

Nothing happens....2 options to reactivate his H1

1) go out of country again to get H1 stamped

2) apply Change of Status (COS) again
