At least naku padindi every time i transferred employer. Ippudu unna situation ki andaru starting with receipt as 7-8 months pattachu approval ki. Approval varaku vallu wait cheste join after approval which might risk free. FT kabatti query padina risk tesukovachu. At the end of the day do what you feel is good for u. Good Luck ! Quote
