The bot bakra has to deliver if he has to get the project extended or get good appraisal... Quote

Infy runs on hourly margins they make from client by hiring a guy as experienced and the margins are the actual revenues. If they hire an experienced BOT and fill up the team with freshens or intermediate guys, the client will pay accordingly with the experience levels , that hits the direct revenue margins.
