That's the point of business interest of infosys and that's where the conflict happens.

Infosys charges clients for highly experienced roles with minimum of 7-8 years experienced senior roles. They can't fill in those roles with local hires for 60k-70k. You can get 2-3 years of experience guys for that rate but if you have to hire an experienced American Citizen or GC, they have to shell out atleast 120k and not to include benefits costs and training costs.

Thats the margin, that's the profit for infosys and with with profit component missing from the books, wonder how would he shows the numbers to the shareholders.

The only way is to charge the clients. If they do, remember there is Cognizant and TCS behind to grab the project at a lesser price.

they will have one or two L1/H1 bot bakras which are experienced and they will fill the team with local preshers or mid level. The bot bakra has to deliver if he has to get the project extended or get good appraisal...

Infy runs on hourly margins they make from client by hiring a guy as experienced and the margins are the actual revenues.

If they hire an experienced BOT and fill up the team with freshens or intermediate guys, the client will pay accordingly with the experience levels , that hits the direct revenue margins.
