What are your daily activities ?

Morning 5 ki lechi 6-7:30 workout

then BF preparation, get ready 

appice till 5. 

Evening do some chores prepare for next days bf, lunch. 

Eat dinner and then sleep by 10:00

weekends

sat farmers market ki eggs and veggies meat techchukunta. Evening lakeshore jog  

sunday emanna outdoor activities like shooting, or lakeshore ki poi jogging types pretty much Sunday recovery day  solid sleep prepare for Monday that's it.

Weekdays..evenings after 5 I watch tv shows movies...

weekends I go out to various events..

8 to 5 work..

Wake up at 5am

At gym by 6am till 7:30am

Office by 8:30ish during commute listening to audio book daily.

9-6 work hours.

6-7 dinner prep and dinner .

1 hour social media

30 mins reading a book

Sleep by 9:30ish pm. 

Things I would change: social media bokka and spend one more hour learning something new. Working on that.

Gave up drinking and shitty social life like house warming ass warming parties which are of no use. Weekends Sunday chores. Saturday will spend 4-5 hours on learning new things and rest us leisure like meeting friends who matter and spending quality time with family.

Mottam fitness focused ee undali. If you are not fit and healthy you cannot fight harder. That should be first priority if life. Ni health priority kadu antey that's first step to downfall. This is if you are trying yo improve quality of life.

I'm just trying to get to a very simple life style and join 1000lbs club. Success is just a mark in the journey. Every alternate success definition changes. After 1000lbs my success def will be different . I also want to read many books. So I started this year slow. I want to stay away from negative ppl who don't add any value to themselves nor to others. Gorrelamanda nunchi baitiki rvataniki trying.
