Eat dinner and then sleep by 10:00 weekends sat farmers market ki eggs and veggies meat techchukunta. Evening lakeshore jog sunday emanna outdoor activities like shooting, or lakeshore ki poi jogging types pretty much Sunday recovery day solid sleep prepare for Monday that's it. Gave up drinking and shitty social life like house warming ass warming parties which are of no use. Weekends Sunday chores. Saturday will spend 4-5 hours on learning new things and rest us leisure like meeting friends who matter and spending quality time with family. Quote

I'm just trying to get to a very simple life style and join 1000lbs club. Success is just a mark in the journey. Every alternate success definition changes. After 1000lbs my success def will be different . I also want to read many books. So I started this year slow.
