Calitim Posted May 5, 2017 Report Posted May 5, 2017 My I-94 expiring in July 27, 2017 due to passport expiry. Now I got new passport and need to get I-94 extension(My I-797 is valid till august, 2018). My company attorney suggested for H1B extension. With current immigration situations is it better to cross the country for new I-94 or apply for extension(since extension is taking longer time and RFE's)? I am working as FTE Quote
