How many years experience do we need to apply in eb2

Hi all,

US Lo masters chesina but college  accredited kadu ma employer gadu EB3 Lo apply cheyali gc antunadu. I am having  4.5 years of experience in "IT" Field am i eligible to apply in EB2..?

It depends on the minimum requirement of the position you are working on . Even if you have more than 5 years of experience and the position needs only 3 years, GC cannot be filed in EB2 category.   When we take full time jobs, this must be taken into consideration.
