Yeah , ippudu almost everything okay. ILFS vaallu theesukunnaru from maytas. Kashmir lo recently oka Asia largest tunnel pm open chesadu kadha, veelle construct chesaranta. They do big projects. Ippudu slowly velthunnay. Some 4bhk 83 lakh kooda pettaaru. Facilities choosthe, excellent. Never seen anywhere. Still some thugo, pago vaallu and northies konnaru. People who have been renting are mostly buying them ani vinna.

Try Richmond Villas by keerthi estates..recently bought one villa..little expensive 1.65cr 3400 sft house 300sq yds lot for but decent construction n quality n facilities ..90% done and all facilities also done..near Appa junction..4 or 5 km from orr..2007 lo radha realty mapple town lo konna but like tom bhayya said this idiot ravindranth reddy of radha realty delayed project too much..sold it off..

 

I checked lot in 2016 december went to hyd aparna mantri all full expensive only this was in range idi kooda konchem expensive with all add ons it will be close to 2cr..
