STEP #1: Labor Certification (PERM Application – Form 9089)

$2000    Legal fee, billed in 3 milestones:

·         $600 – Initiation of Case (Preparation of Job Description, Wage Analysis and Strategy, Preparation and Filing of Request for Prevailing Wage Determination)

·         $800 – Recruitment (Preparation and implementation of all required ads and postings, monitoring all postings and gathering evidence, assistance with company registrations, guidance and assistance on candidate evaluation process)

·         $600 – Form ETA 9089 (Preparation of PERM Application, 2-ter review process, preparation of Recruitment Report and Audit File)

 

$750-$1500 Recruiting costs (paid directly to the vendors; amount varies depending on steps taken and area of the country, we will work with you to do the most cost efficient steps)

No government filing fees

*Please NOTE: The company must pay for all aspects of the PERM processing.

 

 

STEP #2: I-140 Immigrant Preference Petition

$850       Legal Fee for preparation of the petition

$700       Government filing fee

$1225    Premium processing fee, if applicable

               *This may be paid for by the employee

 

 

STEP #3: I-485 Adjustment of Status Application

$1200    Legal Fee for preparation of primary petition

$900       for spouse/dependent, if applicable

$600       for child dependent, if applicable

$1070    Government filing fee per application
