for around 30L loan and EMI 50K oka 7 years lo loan gets done...

Govt taginchadu vaa RBI reviews and changes it when required it may go up or down...Appudu if bank passes on benefit it will increase or decrease.

SBI yesterday announced for under 30L home loans interest is 8.35% which comes in to effect from Today and is lowest as of now, check the below link
