The speaker responding to a question on Aadhar and how blockchain could be used there (really horrible question btw). He says..

It should be called "Hack Me".. or bribe me and I'll make you whoever you want to be. I can't wait. I think the most important criteria for systems like that is that everyone should be registered including the politicians who voted for it.

and then I hope the first people who get hacked are they. and then they get to see why thats a bad idea.
