FBI, CIA, NSA director posts & Attorney General posts(like that Desi guy from NY who got fired ) anni political appointed positions. Whichever party/president comes in power, they bring their own people. All presidents do it. Even Obama brought his own people. Some of these political appointees from previous administration sometimes get stay under new administration. It's all up to new president who he wants to keep and who he wants to fire.
