 .In the first place,  it's high time we shed fallacies like so called dalits  were not gifted like all others. It's has been a terrible mistake that cost India in every possible domain  to doom.  There should have been  inclusive policies to include every caste, creed, sex and tribes for the betterment of the country. Wasting a brain is cursing death on ourselves.
