I know well about Jubille hills roads and to the best of what I know, 80 MAX speed lo vundochu...above 80, KBR park road lo thapa vere degara antha possible kaadu..antha easy kuda kadu..by the time your car reached 80-90, there will be an intersection or obstacle or a signal..but 80 max..

yes speedometer lock aythundhi on impact.. max speed i believe 260 or 280 untadhi german vehicles ki india la on speedometer.. sometimes speedometer damage aye chances unnay

adhe antuna.. 210 speed is impossible on jhills road for sure. nuv entha thop aina..entha thop bandi aina.. 210kmph is not possible.
