Farmers were protesting in large numbers, and was a burning issue to how to control them....its a situation that requires CM, Home minister, DGP in a conference call for minute to minute updates....without either of their consent firing wouldn't have occured... there are many other ways to control common man's protests.... rubber bullets smoke fences etc... shooting them up is complete absurdity and evil...whoever involved will get the taste of it once karma decides., Quote
