that is exactly how they do business, they will open shell companies and take loans for those companies, after 2 to 3 years they show fully losses for those companies in this mean time they will transfer those funds to their family member accounts or to their other business which are running successfully

Banks instead of seriously prosecuting those rich defaulters , Will just write off those loans. And increase interest rates on middle class people loans to recover the losses.
