ma dad ki thana all docs lo ***RI ani last name untadi.. but actul ***RU so naku na brothers andari documents lo ***RU aney untundi last nam in all docs.. ippudu ma parents ki visa apply chyddam anukuntunna... emaina adigey chance unda deeni gurinchi? or do I need to do anything before fill DS 160? plz advice thanks in advance

No issue! Same thing for me also. ma parents last year vacharu US ki ....fill all the DS160 as per the passport name!..
