Mi employer ade designation continue chesina it doesn't matter. Too much variation could be problem as GC future employment and specific job role ki he is applying for GC right so a rek ki ni profile match avvali kada. Developer role ki manager or testing analyst ni hire ayite cheyaleru kadu. Most cases desi employer wont change designation. Quote
