How easy is it for you to obtain jobs in the US? Do you still require sponsorship? Do you face a rejection from companies and employers that typically don't sponsor visa holders? let us know your experiences.

Canadian citizens who want to work in US are who are eligible to work here under TN1 visa.

Canadian citizenship unte saripodu man

you need sponsorship(means job offer from a company not that they have to file petition) to get TN visa renewed or approved at POE/Borders

h1 kante little better but almost similar to H1... employer based adi..

Thanks for your response guys. So it's way easier than being on H1B, that's good to know.

You are comparing apples to oranges @tennisluvr

H1B is a special skilled worker SPONSORED Visa to get foreign special skills ...

TN Visa is part of US NAFTA trade agreement with Canada...  any Canadian citizen with a valid job offer in US can get a TN visa approved and can renew based on the validity of the job / project.

H1 kante little better ...

Trump thatha eppudaina teesi dobbochu TN Visa ni.. (not for sure though)

As long as it doesn't involve transferring your visa, restarting your GC and all that crap it's better than H1B for sure.
