First of all, do not talk to desi vendors at all. Just hang up as soon as you listen their accent. Second of All, do not post your contact num and resume in Dice site. 

India lo potta kooti kosam veellu less than 10K rs. Salaries ki join ayyi placement chesthe commissions vastay ani desperate ga calls chestaru but they don't know that positions went to many vendors already and filled up. Just try through linkedin or any internal contacts.  

Also some thella vendors like tek system vadu waste our time with 3 rounds screeening to last round. Do not entertain vendors.

senior resume chethi lo pettukoni .. What is polymorphism ani adigithe naaku gurthochindhi cheppa and started explaining him how that concept is used in a particular scenario ani.. but thanaki thana mundhu system lo vunna definition eh kavali anukunta.. he said i think that is not the exact definition I am looking for ani .. then I told i can also google and tell you the definition if you want, i thought you were interested in scenario based answers anna.. he cut the call ..  

i can never forget this call.. because ventane maa employer nunchi call vachindhi naaku.. enti call madhyalo cut chesaru anta ..vendor complained about you ani .. lol.. cheppa kavali ante ippudu conference pettu nenu matladatha ani.. my employer tried calling him and he never picked up the call again ..
