Shocking incident happened just now

I have really shocking observation while interviewing many candidates. I have interviewed both male & female candidates. I was asking the same questions why you are looking for job change. Most of the female answered as the company relocated to other place, many of them answered as my husband relocated but today I was really surprised when I heared something while taking to one of the guy. This time, he said my wife is relocated to Looking for a job in that X City.

It was really surprising for me, this is what needed in our society. Why always women sacrifices & when we are talking about women equality then this is the right example.
