All h4 ppl...will apply for h1b ....next year....and will compete with existing h1bs for c2c contracting jobs....

Current h4 ead unte...many of them are full time to state and private clients....for positions...which dont need sponsorship....

H4 typically use fake resumes, h1 needs original experience....so no competition to genuine candidates

Agreed....but after sometime....they will convert to h1bs...thats the trend in the past....

anyway h1b is limited by statute to 85k for profit companies , while h4 ead is equal to the number of outstanding total h1b's
