gymkhana lo hyd new Secretariat shifting

Idi vaasthu kosam chesthunnadu ani telusu. but there are some positives if govt can executeit it well. I dont know the full details yet. but just my analysis.

parade grounds location will be more spacious and near to railway station . so convenient to people coming from other places. current secretariat is very valuable real estate , If govt can use it with out any corruption , It can recover the new secretariat expenses.

Evariki convenient...... Politicians or common man????? Telangana lo yee place ki ayyina 3-4 hours drive max lo vellochu from Hyderabad..... I dbt any politician takes a train.

 

Gymkhana is an equally expensive place.................... It will be a big Inconvenience to passengers travelling to railway station.

Already full traffic untadi aa parade grounds area lo evening time.

He should have atleast picked a new place...... somewhere near ORR.

My guess is, he is getting the land for free from center. If they have to pay for it, then it is not a good move.

KCR chesina thuglak panulu vere vi chaala vundochu. I wont say this one as one them just yet. future will tell.

As per standard schedule rates(SSR), the cost of both Gymkhana and Bison Polo grounds was assessed at nearly 500 crores. The central government may seek land for land or cash for land and the final decision is with the Center.

Free kaadu. Vere districts lo land chudamannaru. Ee 100 acres ki vere districts lo 150 or more acres ivvali army training ki use cheskuntarata
