Friend got c2c job in california....less salary....he wants to stay in california only ....so accepted the offer....

Now he wants to do a 2nd job....contracting...with remote option...

This is his scenario:

He is on eeh1b...with his employer...can he do a remote contracting job and client being in another state say....texas ?

Anybody doing like that...?

His employer can support him for doorapu job....but payroll ela run chestharu ?
