Calling Modi haters

I don't follow Indian politics very closely but to based on minimum knowledge I have, I fail to understand the hatred.

All the Congress administrations before him since Indira, I feel like they get elected and do nothing till next election and when the election nears, they lay new roads, minimize power cuts etc.. but I didn't feel the intent to change anything (PV Narasimha Rao is exception). Even in AP, it was very similar till CBN came. CM was like a decorative title, no work was done to improve anything..

Now, Modi.. I heard about international diplomacy, new deals with UAE, Iran etc.. I saw some videos where Pak media and people crying that they are losing their old fiends to India, isn't that the proof that it's good thing for us ? And at home I heard about swach bharat which is very good (we need it !), demonetization though it was successful or failure the intention seemed to lessen corruption, though some people are yelling he is communal, I saw many Muslims support his development (indirectly Pak too).

So what am I missing ??
