Trainer enduku vaa, gym lo dosthulu chesukondri. Nallollu best ee vishayam lo, spotting ki chaala help chestharu. 

Online videos choodurri, corresht form ento telusukorri. Lift heavy weight and for low reps, but don't go heavy till you make sure your form is right. Mirror undedi gym lo form check chesukoneeki, mana body ni soodaneeki kaadu. 

Preferably morning ellurri around 6 am or so, raddi takkuva untadi. 

Start with Stronglifts 5*5 program, if you don't like running try jump rope skipping.

planet fitness lo free training vuntundii ( but he will teach you on how to do the exercises in correct form and give you a schedule good for beginners)
