Andar follow kaleru only marathon cheddam ankuney valley can follow that too you need to eat carbs for marathon running. Add carbs and see your performance peaks. Don't make carbs evil. Its just ppl overload with carbs causing issues.. Anything overloading us issue except weights in gym. Quote
