cumberlands is better bro niku atla aithe,,,,i'm not sure about the fees but I heard its the cheapest these days for CPT...there is one in san diego, jersey,chicago,harrisburg, but they seems to be pretty expensive..

kentucky is not too far, either hay when you have to fly out once every month, distance would not matter much and book your flight tickets well in advance..
