H1 extension question

H1 due by sept. 

Sudden ga contract  ayipoindii ... searching for new ones ..... chala mandi asking for W2.

Ippudu shift ayithe ... how do the process go. new employer need to file both transfer and extension ?? or only one application ?

transfer chesthe chalu....that itself your new extension
