I have been seeing this trend. They are hiring H4 EAD's in Jr level but later giving them full work. Second income kabatti H4 aunties kallu muusukoni accepting even if pay is 50-70K. Maa client place lo same. Gradual ga around 40% contractors ni lepi dobbaru in last 1 year.

Contractors ki 200K per year kharchu. But instead H4 vallaki 60K. Managers & VP's know that desi aunties will eventually learn and work at the contractors expertise level in 1-2 years. So doing this to reduce project costs & boost their own bonuses.
