న్యూఢిల్లీ : ప్రధానమంత్రి నరేంద్రమోదీ నేతృత్వంలోని కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం పశువధపై సంచలన నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. కేంద్రంలో అధికారంలోకి వచ్చి మూడేళ్లు పూర్తి చేసుకున్న వేళ మోదీ సర్కారు మరో కీలక అడుగు వేసింది. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా పశువధను నిషేధిస్తూ పర్యావరణ మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ ఈ మేరకు శుక్రవారం ఓ గెజిట్‌ నోటిఫికేషన్‌ విడుదల చేసింది. అలాగే పశువులపై హింస నిరోధక చట్టంలోనూ సవరణలతో పాటు ప్రతి మార్కెట్‌ యార్డ్‌లో పశు మార్కెట్‌ కమిటీలు ఏర్పాటుకు ఆదేశించింది. ఈ పశువధ నిషేధ జాబితాలో ఆవులు, ఎద్దులు, దున్నలు, ఒంటెలు ఉన్నాయి.

ఏటా భారత్‌ నుంచి ఎగుమతి అవుతున్న పశుమాంసం విలువ అక్షరాల రూ.లక్ష కోట్లు. అలాగే ఎగుమతి అవుతున్న మాంసంలో 90శాతం మార్కెట్లలో కొన్న పశువుల నుంచే.  దేశంలో అతి పెద్ద పశుమాంసం ఎగుమతి చేస్తున్న రాష్ట్రాల్లో  ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్‌ మొదటి స్థానంలో ఉండగా కాగా తర్వాత స్థానాల్లో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌, పశ్చిమ బెంగాల్‌, తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రాలు ఉన్నాయి. కాగా కేంద్రం తాజా నిర్ణయంతో పశు మాంసం ఎగుమతి, లెదర్‌ మార్కెట్‌పై భారీ ప్రభావం చూపనుంది.

 

సాధారణంగా వ్యవసాయానికి పనికిరాని పశువులతో పాటు, ఒట్టిపోయిన పశువులను రైతులు కబేళాలకు విక్రయిస్తుంటారు. అయితే తాజా నిర్ణయంతో పశువులను కబేళాలకు విక్రయించడానికి వీల్లేదు. మరో మూడు నెలల తర్వాత కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ నిర్ణయం పూర్తిగా అమల్లోకి రానుంది. అయితే ఈ మూడు నెలల్లో పశువులున్న అందరికీ ప్రత్యేక గుర్తింపు కార్డులు మంజూరు చేయనున్నారు. అలాగే పశువును కొనాలంటే స్థానిక రెవెన్యూ కార్యాలయం నుంచి అనుమతి తప్పనిసరి కానుంది.

అంతేకాకుండా కబేళాకు విక్రయించబోమని లేదా వాటిని ఏ మ‌త విశ్వాసాల‌కు అనుగుణంగా బ‌లి ఇవ్వ‌బోన‌న్న కొనేవారు లిఖితపూర్వక హామీ కూడా ఇవ్వాల్సి ఉంటుంది. అలాగే గోశాల‌లు, ఇత‌ర ప‌శుసంర‌క్ష‌ణ శాల‌లు త‌మ ద‌గ్గ‌ర ఉన్న ప‌శువుల‌ను ద‌త్త‌త‌కు ఇచ్చే ముందు కూడా వాటిని ప‌శువ‌ధ‌ శాల‌ల‌కు అమ్మ‌డం లేద‌ని రాసివ్వాల్సి ఉంటుంది. మరోవైపు వెటర్నరీ అధికారులు ఈ మూడు నెలల్లో ప్రతి పశువుకు మార్కింగ్‌ చేయనున్నారు.

Hope people who are used to eat beef still can eat Beef, by importing. This move is very good for USA beef industry.. exports to India will be increased.
